Our business operates from the Republic of Korea. These Terms are governed by the laws of Korea and applicable international e-commerce regulations.
All transactions are deemed to take place in Korea.

3. Eligibility

For USA & Canada customers, import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Korea.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 2–5 business days

  • Canada Standard: 7–14 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier errors, or natural events.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Customs & Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws.
If customs rejects or returns the package, shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.
